Our billing is not automated in any way. how do I purchase tracks individually? Just signup to the web site using the link at the top of the page then click the download icon on whichever track you wish to purchase. Make sure no popup blocking software prevents the checkout page from launching. what does my license agreement cover? With a blanket license (episode or annual) you may use as many tracks from the Library as you wish, including music for any test edits or promotional material. Your tracks are cleared for usage anywhere in the Universe(!), and can be used for broadcast, public performance, web and retail usage of your production, as long as cue sheets are filled in and sent to the relevant performing rights society if performance royalties are due. With an annual license, all of your productions made during the license period are covered to use our music. With an episode license, only that specific production is licensed to use our music. An individual track license grants you the right to use that track on any of your productions. You will need to hold a valid licence agreement to synch Platinum Music tracks to a production but subsequent broadcast is not affected, there are no additional charges if a program is broadcast outside of a license agreement. Your licence does not cover Performing Rights fees, normally paid by the Broadcaster. It is forbidden by Platinum Music Ltd. and illegal to: 1) Use any tracks in the Library in any way until you have agreed to the Licence Agreement . 2) Lend, hire, sell or give any of our tracks to any person(s) or parties. how good is your music? We believe our music speaks for itself, but use the previews by the tracks to listen for yourself, (you do not need to be a logged in user to do this - but you will need to be on a system that supports the adobe flash player). We have a quality over quantity policy; Platinum Music have turned down literally thousands of tracks to avoid clients having to 'sift' through hundreds of mediocre tracks. how do I use the site to organise my music? Our easy to use project manager feature allows you to access and save all your favourite tracks in project folders and add your own notes. You can then download individual tracks or the whole project at once. can I get a hard copy of the library? Most of our clients choose to manage their choices online, utilising features such as the project manager, detailed browsing and search tools, however hard copies are available on request if you prefer to work offline. how often do you update your catalogue?
